We want to start by thanking everyone who came out to the PG Symphony Youth Orchestra's Celtic Christmas concerts. It was so fabulous for the students to have the support of the community with two sold-out performances!  

We also want to thank Shiu Chu Wong and everyone who came out to his solo piano recital at the beginning of January. The concert raised $760 for the Conservatory's bursary and scholarship fund!

Upcoming Events with PGCM Faculty:

January 28th, 3:30-4:00pm Maggie Corbett will be at the Bob Harkins branch of the library for another free Musical Storytime!

January 31st, 7:30pm The PGSO presents a mainstage concert of Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 4. 

February 8th, 3pm The Conservatory Faculty joins the Coldsnap Music Festival for “Che Bella Musica” - a concert of music from/ inspired by Italy. Admission is pay-what-you-can.

February 14th, 7:00pm The Big Enuff Big Band presents Valentines 2.0 

Important Dates for PGCM Students:

January 26th Semester 2 starts. Fees are now due if you split your year's payment into two instalments. Please do not re-register! If you are paying by the month, no action is needed. 

February 1st, 3pm Conservatory Recital

February 10th-20th Classes for the PG and District Music Festival. The schedule is available here.
